How ranking works
Score = 35% completed commissions (up to 20) + 30% average rating, weighted by number of reviews (up to 10) + 20% on-time delivery + 15% response speed (hours from a request being posted to the creator’s first offer). Sponsored placement has no effect here — a rank can’t be bought. Creators with no completed commissions are unranked rather than ranked last.
